OUR MOST UNIQUE HEART PINE FLOORING PRODUCT
Old Heart Pine is heart pine with its original aged surface wear and color. This flooring is thickness planed using the smooth top surface as a reference guide. Then a new tongue and groove is milled on it. The result is an entire floor with an authentically aged surface with authentic foot wear.
Old Heart Pine Flooring: As with all species of pines, the aging process is unique and quite beautiful. No other specie of wood ages quite like the pines. The Joinery Co. considers itself fortunate to have access to considerable quantities of this unique naturally aged stock.
Original Surface Hand Hewn Beams: The Joinery Co. offers a complete selection of hand hewn beams in Old Heart Pine as well. A wide range of sizes are available.
Old Heart Pine Flooring: This material is readily available in a Select Plainsawn / Character Plainsawn mixed grade. Other special grades are readily available and can be provided with sufficient delivery times. Widths range from 3.5″ to 9.0″ and lengths from 3′ to 12′. Standard thicknesses are 5/8″ and 3/4″.
Original Hand Hewn Beams: Hand Hewn beams are available in a variety of dimensions ranging from 4″ x 4″ to 12″ x 12″. Lengths range up to 30′.
The Joinery offers rustic furniture stock in Old Heart Pine as well as flooring, paneling, and hand hewn beams.
