Payment: A 50% deposit is due at the time an order is initiated. The balance is due when your order is ready.

                 Cancellations: 25% restocking fees are charged. (50% restocking is charged when it is a custom order.)

                 Shipping: Domestic orders are shipped by common carrier with freight prepaid by the customer.

                 Packaging: There will be a palletizing/packaging charge of $150 per pallet on all domestic orders.
